At Functional Health we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This policy explains our order processing, shipping timeframes and delivery terms for purchases made through our website.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Locations
Functional Health currently ships to Australia only.
If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times apply after dispatch and are as follows:
Standard shipping: 2 to 6 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, public holidays or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Functional Health is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can sometimes occur.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@functionalhealth.com.au and we will assist where possible.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact contact@functionalhealth.com.au within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant photos of damage to the parcel or product so we can investigate with the carrier and assist with an appropriate outcome.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
